What’s causing odd sounds in my Gas Boiler?

Will you feel better when your electric, water and gas bills double because of the Carbon tax,?

All carbon taxes will be added into every product and service.
Its already happening here in California, my local water and electric is going up because of GREEN legislation passed by the Democrat majority in our state capitol.
