With the drastically increasing fuel prices worldwide and the constant hikes in the cost of gas at the pumps, we would all like to know “what is the highest gas mileage car available on the market.” Well what if I told you that there are simple Gas Mileage Devices out there that will not only give great gas mileage improvements but will also improve the performance of your engine, making your car (whatever the make or model) one of the highest gas mileage cars around.

We are all looking for ways to increase gas mileage, not only for the savings of cash in our pockets cash but also for the benefit of the environment, Better Gas Mileage = Less Pollution) it’s that simple. Now due to the great improvements and leaps in technology there are gas mileage devices available out there that can give you gas mileage improvements of 35 % or more. It may sound like science fiction but you can now power your car on water as well as gas instead of 100% gas alone.

Imagine what the savings would be if you can cut the amount of gas you use by 35 % or more both for highway driving as well as town driving. You could be saving hundreds of dollars a year just on the use of one car, and if your family has 2 or more cars then the gas mileage improvements would be huge, saving you an absolute fortune. It doesn’t take a lot of imagination to think of what you could do with all that cash you could be saving. Vacations, Home Improvements, College Funds, Etc, Etc.

With this great technology at your fingertips you will not only get fantastic gas mileage improvements and greater engine performance and power, you will also be eliminating harmful exhaust emissions that pollute the planet. You will also be adding oxygen to the environment instead of polluting it, and so be helping to do your bit to reduce global warming.

The more gas you use in your car the greater the wear and tear that your engine receives, which over a period of time reduces the performance. The worse the performance the more gas you need to use so it becomes a vicious circle. By using water as an alternative you will be enhancing your engines power, giving you greater performance.

You will also be
1) Removing Carbon Deposits from your engine and preventing future carbon build up.
2) Cutting the running temperature of the engine, so reducing the waste heat you put into the air.
3) You will also notice a smoother quieter running engine.
4) Enjoy a longer life expectancy of your engine, and so save on repair bills.

So with these great ways to increase gas mileage, the next time someone asks you “what is the highest gas mileage car” you can say that it is the one that you are driving right now.

With the rising cost of gas prices and no end in sight everyone wants to save as much money at the gas pump as they possibly can.

Do you remember when you could fill your tank for 10 BUCKS or less? Who do the oil companies think they’re conning?

You and I can’t control the price of gas but by following the current and up-to-date know-how of fuel economy, the tips and tricks, the truth . . .and not the old myths you can quickly and easily start saving significantly on your gas bill.

There is a lot of expert advice available which you can implement instantly so you can start saving money today. Here are some little known tips and tricks you can try out.

1. Paying for your gas the smart way

One of the ways that you can save money at the gas pump is by using a gasoline credit card. When you have a gas card you’ll be able to get 5 or 10 percent rebate back on the purchase of your gas. This can amount to as much as $75 to $300 each year. Many gasoline companies are joining up with other retailers to give you numerous savings at the gas pump.

2. Buy your gas in the morning or evening

Gasoline becomes denser in colder temperatures. Gas pumps are set to measure the volume of the fuel that you pump and not the density. This means that if you fill up your gas tank in the cooler morning temperatures, or in the colder evening hours, that you’ll be getting better gas price economy. Try to fill up your gas tank later in the evening to avoid the rush of day hours.

The next 2 tips will be surprising to you I’m sure.

3. Buy gas from a busy station

Try to buy your gas from a gas station that is consistently busy and therefore has its underground tanks filled on a regular basis. Gas stations that are slow will have gas that has been sitting in underground tanks for longer periods of time, leading to gas contamination. This contamination can mean that the gas you are purchasing is less powerful than fresh gas and will decrease your fuel economy.

4. Turn the nozzle

When you have finished filling up your gas tank try turning the nozzle of the hose a full 180 degrees. This will drain a bit more gas into your tank; in some cases up to an entire half cup that would otherwise be a bonus to the next gas customer. That half cup each time adds up to a lot over the year!

These are just some of the great ways to save on gas!

Lets face it the price of gas is still rising and there is very little chance that it will ever fall back down to what it was. In fact the experts are predicting that it is going to get a lot worse, and this is sending many drivers into a frenzy trying to find ways to improve gas mileage and squeeze every last drop of gas out of their cars to get more MPG.

So just what can we do to get more MPG from our cars? Just a quick look on the internet will turn up hundreds of so called “gas mileage devices” that promise to get more MPG from your engine. Now I’m not saying that all these gas mileage devices are scams, but a lot of them sound pretty far fetched. With this in mind I have done some research and come up with ten ways to improve gas mileage using tips that most experts agree actually work.

1) This one is so obvious that it often gets overlooked. Make sure that your gas cap is in good condition and that the seal is not worn or broken. A loose or poor fitting gas cap will allow gas vapour to leak out, wasting precious fuel. As much as 17 gallons of gas a year can be lost due to a faulty gas cap. Also if and when you do replace it make sure you get a locking one as the rise in gas prices increases the rise in gas theft.
2) Stick with the right type of gas for your particular vehicle by using the correct octane rating that is recommended for it. A higher octane rated fuel such as premium will have little benefit for an engine designed to run on regular gas.
3) Don’t let your engine idle for long periods. An engine that idles for 15 minutes can waste up to a gallon of gas.
4) Drive at a reasonable speed. The faster you drive the less fuel efficient your engine is, keeping your speed down is one of the best ways to improve gas mileage.
5) Make sure that your air filter is cleaned regularly. A clogged air filter will drastically reduce your fuel efficiency, so check it on a regular basis, especially if you drive on dirt roads where it will clog up quicker.
6) Don’t forget your other filters. Routinely check your fuel filter and the PCU valve and breather filter. Replacing these can improve gas mileage by up to 15%
7) Get a mechanic to check your oxygen sensors. A faulty oxygen sensor can send more gas to the engine than it really needs to run efficiently.
8) Don’t be a jack-rabbit driver. Always accelerate and break slowly (except in an emergency obviously). Fast accelerating and aggressive breaking will also reduce your fuel economy.
9) Keep your tires in good condition and check pressures regularly. A flat tire is a drag and will cost you gas.
10) Try to keep your weight down. All that junk you carry around in your trunk (the stuff you never use) is just adding to your gas bill.

These are just 10 simple ways to improve gas mileage and get more MPG for your car. There are many more and most of them are just common sense, so even if you don’t invest in one of the new gas mileage devices on sale you can still make some savings and get more MPG for your car.
